Guided by the ideology of focusing on training, increasing the introduction and reinforcing the evaluation to promote the development of the specialists team, the hospital strives to cultivate academic leaders and build a first-class talent team with both academic ability and working integrity. In order to strengthen employee training and development, the hospital carried out the complex medical training project, youth talent training project and multiple training and working plans. In addition, the hospital also launched the traditional Chinese medicine inheritance work in both national and provincial levels in order to cultivate a new generation of creative talents in traditional Chinese medicine field. In recent years, a number of key employees were selected to participate in the national and provincial master training projects, such as the national Chinese traditional medicine technology personnel training project, the traditional Chinese medicine experience inheritance project and outstanding talents of traditional Chinese medicine clinical research project, etc. The specialists projects carried out by the hospital have been steadily processing as planned, providing talent supports for the hospital academic development.
The hospital has spent ten years on high-quality talent training and development. As of now, the hospital has 101 senior specialists. 70% of clinical professionals have a master degree or above. There are 19 national and provincial Traditional Chinese medicine guidance professors, more than 20 provincial famous traditional Chinese medicine doctors, and more than 90 key clinical professionals. Most of the doctors have done academic research and studies with nationally famous traditional Chinese medicine professors. They created 3 national and provincial traditional Chinese medicine clinics with several domestic famous traditional Chinese doctors regularly visiting the clinics and serving the patients.
